Who we're looking for:

Education Expert: Hold a Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
Proven Leader: Have 5+ years of experience in a school leadership role, such as district administrator or curriculum director.
Data-Savvy: Understand data-driven decision-making in the educational setting.
Communication Master: Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Travel-Ready: Be comfortable with occasional travel (30-40%) to visit school districts and conferences.
