**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This is a part-time/full-time role (10-40 hours a week) as a Marketing Manger, working in Eastern Time hours.
You'll collaborate with us to proactively complete tasks, automate their sales, marketing, and operations, and efficiently handle their requirements without needing further clarification.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A Our Marketing Manger**
**Responsibilities:**
* **Daily Ad Management:**
* **Set Up & Optimize Ads:** Create and manage Instagram and Facebook ads every day to keep the cost per lead at $5.
* **Monitor Performance:** Check ad results regularly and make changes to improve them.
* **Target Audiences:** Adjust and expand who you’re targeting based on what works best.
* **Content Creation & Posting:**
* **Daily Posts:** Share 3 interesting posts each day on Instagram and Facebook to increase our brand’s visibility.
* **Plan Content:** Organize a content schedule to ensure consistent and strategic posting.
* **Split Testing:**
* **Run Tests:** Test different ad images, headlines, and audiences every week to find what works best.
* **Analyze Results:** Look at the test results and use the best ideas to improve ongoing ads.
* **Lead Management:**
* **Track Leads:** Use CRM tools to follow and qualify leads, focusing on business owners making $20K+ a month.
* **Set Appointments:** Schedule 30 qualified calls each month with these business owners.
* **Data Analysis & Reporting:**
* **Track KPIs:** Keep detailed reports on key metrics to see how campaigns are performing.
* **Update Dashboards:** Use analytics tools to create and maintain dashboards that show campaign progress.
* **Team Collaboration:**
* **Work with Teams:** Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure ad strategies support our business goals.
* **Develop Strategies:** Join strategy meetings to come up with new ideas for generating leads and growing the brand.
**How You Will Win:**

**REQUIREMENTS**
**Requirements:**
* **Experience:** Proven experience managing Instagram and Facebook ad campaigns with successful lead generation.
* **Skills:** Know how to use Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
* **Content Creation:** Can create engaging posts for social media.
* **Analytical Skills:** Good at analyzing data and making decisions based on it.
* **Testing Skills:** Experienced with A/B and split testing to improve ads.
* **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal skills to work well with the team.
* **Flexibility:** Able to quickly adapt to new trends and adjust strategies as needed.
**PAY**
* $900+/month with performance bonuses to increase to $1,500+
