Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and originate mortgage loans through our branches, realtors, and builders.
- Conduct interviews with mortgage loan applicants and assist them throughout the loan application process.
- Collaborate with our centralized loan support area by sending applicants' files to processors.
- Respond to referrals from branch personnel and other sources.
- Gather any additional information requested by processors to ensure a smooth loan process.
- Cross-sell a variety of banking products and services to enhance customer relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience; an MBA or Master's Degree is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in lending or mortgage sales.
- A strong commitment to customer support, coupled with creativity and flexibility.
- Ability to work autonomously while exercising independent judgment.
- Composure in stressful situations and adaptability to flexible working hours.
