Job Title: Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to drive the growth, efficiency, and smooth operations for a law firm that has partnered with New Gig Solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee financial management, business development, and day-to-day operations, while leading strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and firm profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Conduct market research, develop growth strategies, and build client relationships.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability analysis, while implementing cost-saving measures.
• Operations: Streamline processes, integrate new technologies, and maintain high service quality.
• Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management to build a strong team.
• Marketing: Enhance the firm’s brand through digital marketing and client engagement strategies.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to legal standards and mitigate potential risks.
• Project & Resource Management: Lead large projects, allocate resources efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Innovation & Change: Implement best practices and drive organizational improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
• Proven operations experience, ideally in a law firm
• Strong financial management and leadership skills
• Familiarity with legal software and compliance
