Job Description:

Job Context and Summary

Managing and providing specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing CMO business SAP solution and handle cross module integration requirements in SCM MM FICO modules also.

Coordinate / manage AMS vendors for CMO business SAP support for Incidents & Change Requests.

Interface between CMO Business & Application team for any new requirements for nonSAP applications like Salesforce Anaplan HRIS etc.

Lead Regulatory audits from SAP module perspective and support ITGC & ITAC audits from functional aspect.

Key Accountabilities

1. Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP
2. Should have sound knowledge of SAP Modules and well as of module integration.
3. Work on Project Estimations Solution building and SAP integration with 3rd Party systems.
4. Strong Project and Program Management Skills
5. Lead delivery of change requests & critical incidents in SAP for CMO business.
6. Extensive cross functional collaboration leadership and interpersonal skills to understand business need convert to technical needs and get it executed through development team.
7. Maintain detailed knowledge of the business processes used in SAP (in respective modules) across CMO Business.
8. Works with Functional BASIS and ABAP personnel resources to complete object development and testing.
9. Extensive collaboration with internal stakeholders and internal/external teams to understand business need convert to technical needs and Leadership skills to get it executed through internal & external development teams.
10. Conscious keeper of transaction integrity for regulatory or financial audit compliance
11. Organize and provide evidences & responses for queries raised by Auditors for CMO Business.
12. Support closure of audits without any major observations.

Education & Experience

1. Qualification : Graduate Degree in Engineering
2. Preferred Domain Experience: Pharma / Manufacturing Industry cGMP Standards.
3. Total Experience: 06 08 years.
4. Exposure to Data analytics is add on.
5. Ability to work under pressure (with stringent timelines)
