Position: Tax CPA
Location: Fayetteville, AR (Hybrid/Remote)
Compensation: $70-90K

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax CPA to join a dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will provide a broad range of tax services, including tax planning, compliance, and consulting, all while helping businesses thrive. If you have a solid background in tax law, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to clients, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities
- Conduct thorough tax research and offer strategic tax planning recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing any tax-related concerns
- Stay informed on the latest tax laws and regulations, keeping clients up to date
- Identify and resolve tax issues, ensuring compliance and accuracy for clients
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative tax strategies and solutions
- Assist with tax audits and manage inquiries from government agencies
- Mentor and guide junior staff on tax laws, regulations, and best practices
- Participate in business development activities, including networking and client presentations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA license required
- At least 5 years of experience in tax preparation and planning
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
