Our Vision:

Adam Logan founded FORJAK Industrial in 2001, with its current headquarters in Circleville, Ohio. Adam, along with Matt Palmisciano, who joined FORJAK as a partner in 2015, desired to be able to create both a legacy and a way to incentivize their members to succeed both as individuals and as a team at FORJAK. As a result of that desire, FORJAK Industrial became an ESOP in 2022. An ESOP is a member (employee) benefit plan that allows members (employees) to own the entire company. Our accomplishments at FORJAK are due to our members and procedures. Together, we will set our company up for sustainability, measured growth, and accomplishments in line with our vision.

About the Role:

A day in the life:  Our Experienced Industrial Painter is a key player in delivering high-quality, durable finishes to our metal components! With a focus on expert application and safety, you’ll be applying specialized coatings to metal surfaces, ensuring each finish is perfect for protection, performance, and appearance. This role requires an experienced professional who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and has a strong background in industrial painting techniques.

On a given day, as an Experienced Industrial Painter, you will:

  • Apply a range of coatings, including paints, enamels, epoxies, and sealants, with brush, roller, and airless spray equipment to achieve smooth, protective finishes.
  • Maintain and clean all coating equipment (e.g., spray guns, rollers, brushes), ensuring tools are in top working condition for safety and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with our QC manager to ensure coated surfaces meet quality standards, performing touch-ups as needed to perfect each project.
  • Logging work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during the coating process for quality tracking, regulatory compliance, and process improvement. This web-based documentation may be required for client records or internal audits.
  • Follow all safety guidelines rigorously, including the use of PPE and adherence to ventilation protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Other miscellaneous duties, as assigned
